Given there is few analysts covering Donaco , the company would have known that the expectation of a dividend was growing due to analyst coverage and I think they should have made the market aware of the covenant by its lenders regarding the inability to pay one without express authority of Mega bank.
Unless there is a pending purchase of the property next door to star or some other opportunity , I am disappointed that there was not at least a buy back announced, the share price has no support and is likely to drop I think, especially with no dividend either.
Probably another 6 months of waiting while this treads water again
