I hear you Roy. I think JM needs a media/communications advisor to guide him on what to say and what not to say. Giving out future deadlines is fraught with needless undesirable outcomes when not met. His flaw is that he has almost an unbridled passion for the future of this company (and rightly so) and it spills out when predicting deadlines that he may have little control over go array.
As an MD he misses that guiding hand on what to communicate. Better to say nothing at all than to say something that is not in your control of an ensurable outcome.
He has many envious attributes. But accurate communication he needs help with. Who is there in the company that can help him with this ?
