Please- this is ridiculous.
The MD lives a very disciplined and very healthy & strictly managed life day to day, and is incredibly fit.
He will have already swum kilometres or ridden or run miles early this morning as he does every morning.
Then into working until frequently after midnight or early hours.
Pretty much a strict and very healthy living regime is what is required to lead a good, significant company.
Also James Marsh has been focused in this same natural industrial materials chemical field, in specialised kaolin, for well over 30 years .
We are the ones lucky enough to armchair observe, and probably some partaking for sanity or whatever with the tumult of the market in our stocks.
JM just works constantly with a bit of ocean swimming & lifesaving events thrown in for leisure. Kudos to him.
