That cash is not static as it is constantly being committed forward and with less qualifying research less will come back as rebate .

IMO you nee to tak out 6-9 months forward cash from any possible valuation as so much expenditire is committed and any downscale comes with cosst like retrenchment etc etc. Just my thoughts but it is a big organisation with constant outgoings including building move reno etc
