At the end of the video is a frame which specifies the organisations involved.

RMIT university is clearly one (the first mentioned).
The others are Indian based government funded organisations (IICT and others).

It seems quite likely that there is Indian research which is running parallel to the SPL clinical trials. The dendrimer being used G4 PANAM, while similar to those in use by SPL is not I think the same one.

Its all pre clinical and running a couple of years behind, but catching up fast. This sort of competition could be the rationale for the lousy communications. It could of course impact the value of our research so big Pharma can just wait for a year or two and pay less.
