If anyone is wondering whether to buy some more shares in SPL, then I recon now is the time. 10% off its year high, AGM next week with hopefully some good news either then or before, and FDA approval about two months away, or sooner.
This latest announcement signalled to me that the SP is ready to go up quite a lot. But not because of pancreatic cancer treatment, or any DEP treatment for that matter - that is too far into the future for the short termers. What they want is a definitive marketing agreement for VivaGel in the USA. Which is why the SP rose and fell just as quickly last week.
But remember that no one expected the announcement last week. There is no leaky boat in SPL. There will be no warning when the next announcement appears.
But it is not too long to wait, so fill your boots if you can.
