    Look at their Dec Quarterly report, cash on hand is 973K after the CR, estimated cash outflow for current Quarter 1.09M. From the SPP completed on 11 Jan, they received only 211K (973K + 211K), so they have cash for only one quarter, but I am sure they will not wait for it to be zero, and will act in next few weeks to do a CR.
