The board would like to advise shareholders of the appointment of Mr Roger Johnston as a non-executive director of Carbon Polymers Ltd (CBP).
Rodger has 36 years of professional and commercial experience, having commenced his career as an insolvency specialist at Arthur Andresen & Co. Rodger holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Sydney University.
Rodger’s experience on the boards of public companies in Australia and Asia will assist CBP in its obligations as a listed company and support the company’s current stage of development. He has capital markets experience in a wide range of sectors including financial services, industrial and resource services, retail, funds management and technology.
My Comment - Stop it please management, is it spelt Roger or Rodger, who checks your releases. Oh and why do you need to appoint an insolvency specialist.
