I also think Ranford is also another overpaid waste of space too who switched from a director to COO but we didn’t see his salary being reduced! Ranford should have gone along with Marsh as I don’t see what value he brings either. Bob could save a lot of money by getting rid of Ranford. Remember, Ranford was the one who sold 50,000 shares to meet his tax obligations a couple of years ago which was absolutely ridiculous considering the hefty salary the guy is on!
C’mon Bob, please clear out dead wood like Ranford too, and try to instil fresh new board as the direction of the business changes. These old dead wood are a burden on the company and sucking up the funds when we need it the most! I am counting on Randford to go next I reckon!
