The one and only Board Member that had any direct Board experience or any experience whatsoever with the Uranium industry has now left the building. It would be fair to say with the recent attempt at a firesale that was the biggest PR job done on the sector in 2011, a capital raising venture that was not taken up and the poor recent drilling results, Mr Chalmers has been absent for some time which was expected when he joined PDN. Good little earn he received for his tenure. The company is now left with a board that have ties to the largest shareholder that want to divest all holdings and no chance of selling any assets based on the performance of the remaining board which would no longer be considered 'new' at their post. All shareholders should thank the group that blocked what would have had this company in the teens where it belongs based on the last 6-9mths performance of the company.
