Andromeda Metals Limited (ASX: ADN) (Andromeda, the Company),
regrets that due to the increasing demands of his executive and other
board roles, Mr Andrew Shearer has resigned as a Non-Executive Director
of the Company.
The Board wishes to express its deep appreciation for the significant
contribution and guidance Mr Shearer has provided during Andromeda’s
transformation since his appointment in October 2017.
Andromeda’s Chair, Mick Wilkes said “On behalf of the Board and
Management of Andromeda, I would like to extend our sincere thanks and
gratitude to Andrew for all he has done for Andromeda since his
appointment in 2017.
Andrew joined Andromeda at the time it was a microcap exploration
company with interests in numerous projects located around Australia. He
has been integral in guiding Andromeda during its transformation into the
near-term producer of halloysite-kaolin it is today.
We greatly appreciate the significant contribution and valued guidance
Andrew has provided during the last five years and wish him well."
