The IPs are now under FBR, that Mike Pivac has been paid with performance shares over the years as compensation.
Given the current situation, doubt they will ever make the 3rd milestone at all.
And if Mike Pivac doesn't have controlling interests, you can only hope no one would be interested in its IP, as if someone does, it might become an easy target to take over after the company goes into voluntary admin, pull over HX, get the tech and code and walk away, chuck everything else in the bin.
Too much hope they have placed in their partners, big names, superstar. Once again screwed over in the tough situation like today.
Should they still count on WBG to bait them out? 3rd time lucky? Hope they have their lessons by now, if you can't prove yourself, you will only be played with, brutally.
Build the display home, check a box, and then see what happens. But now I doubt if it's technicially ready.
