It's significant in my opinion because BW came to the conclusion it's not worth pursuing, BW aren't just operating in Australia. Something clearly isn't right with the HX. No real evidence it can work consistently as expected.
If it did work and they really are genuinely more focused on pursuing overseas markets i don't see any reason why they couldn't fulfill their obligations and build the Archistruct home and get the monkey off their back and prove it works to potential overseas clients.
But they've been stalling for a long long time now.
