I'm not sure why some say this delay hurts the shorters. With the delay they get ammo, and price has dropped, so they can cover cheaper. They do not need to wait for the DFS to be released they can exit anytime.
What will hurt them is the latest BOA which fundamentally, just by itself supports the shareprice. As a result, I can't see this dropping much at all.
It will be interesting to see the numbers over the next week I think.
