How much value has ex-CSL employee ZIta Peach added since she joined the Starpharma board 10 years ago?

The Chairman said this at the time of her appointment in 2011:
“We are very pleased to welcome someone with the extensive nature of Zita’s experience in marketing pharmaceuticals, global business development and innovation. Her appointment comes at a time when Starpharma is advancing from strength to strength in the maturation of its extensive portfolio of products and we are confident her skills and experience will be of significant benefit.”

They’re just words. Ho hum.
I want to give Dr Jeff Davies the benefit of the doubt, but what faith can we really have when the people appointing new directors are the very people driving this once promising company quickly towards irrelevancy.
