No declaration document of "Initial Directors Interest" lodged today - most organised companies lodge the notices together (New Director Announcement & Initial Directors Interest) .... probably heard how easy it it is to get freebies here so just waiting for those ? lol
Let's see when SPL finally get around to lodging the latter notice whether he has in fact bought shares previously ?
