Not sure what motivates you to scaremonger on this thread, however may I suggest before you post more unsubstantiated information you re-read the first sentence of the last paragraph of the Explanatory Note in chapter 2 of the ASX Listing Rules Chapter 2 document:

Once you have read that paragraph, continue reading until you get to the last page of the document that mentions the Listing Rules that were deleted on 30/09/01. You will then be better informed and there will be no more need for you to post unsubstantiated crap here
