thats the nature of the exploration game. but credit where its due; i dont recall another propaganda machine keeping the market as well informed as this one.
that said, most explorers are valued at close to cash when the drills arent turning, so it will be interesting to see what this RC program is going to look like as its not going to look pretty otherwise (unless DD9 is the motherload).
