Divide the ppm by 10,000 is a quick way to convert to %.............

So to have confirmed 5N (99.999%) total impurities present in your sample must be at or below 10ppm.

i.e 10ppm = 0.001%

100% - 0.001% = 99.999 % and so on

At impurity levels greater than 10ppm and you don't have 5N.....(for 6N you need total impurities to be at 1ppm or lower and so on).........

The FYI table states the following ppm levels for their sample:

Si (4.67ppm)
Cr (5.00ppm)
Mn (1.00ppm)

These three alone would 'push' impurities to over 10ppm..................am I missing something here.....?

Anyway it probably isn't that significant for ADN..........I do believe that we can and will (should JM decide to) confirm 5N at some stage.
