In hindsight easy to see WD market was never going to be on the same level as kaddy, also rumours of DT and MA meeting long before merge, likely the play all along. DT rounded up wineries, kaddy the breweries and merged (at the expense of LTH) to create the one stop shop.. Dean exits for us to become Kaddy, our SP gets crushed to rid register of retail after insiders no longer a thing (historically SP performs better with less retail overhang.) all imo im just a conspiracy nut.
