key take away for me is the shifting of functionality of the NDC, using it as bulk storage for larger customers and re-purposing the SA centre for fulfilment
My guess is that it's much easier and probably cheaper to find staff in SA than in Albury, minimising any risk from staff shortages (something highlighted by DT in the past)
hopefully this helps to unlock some doors for even more uptake.
