I read something very interesting yesterday, the small cap market is having one of its largest divergences with the large caps in the past 30 years.

Not uncommon to see small caps near cash backing in this climate like GIB and some stocks are even trading with negative EV's.

Historically this is where you will find maximum risk to reward ratios.

Conditions can only improve from here.
