....and by the way. I have tried to work out what the "factory in Egypt" will produce and for whom.
All I can find is:
"The Company’s objective in Egypt is to develop the world’s first integrated commercial banana fibre and banana veneer factory utilising waste banana tree trunks and developing strategic alliances with suppliers of raw material, users of the factory’s offtake and distributors and users of the products produced in Egypt and Europe."
Bizarre isn't it. I thought the first integrated factory was at Walkamin!! Who on earth are these strategic alliances to be with. We couldn't even get papier mache off the ground. Perhaps we can revisit yellow pallets, Jaguar dashboards, floor boards, commercial paper, door skins, and all the rest etc etc etc. Time will tell
