no because it is still a listed entity. Therefore, if you can find someone to buy your shares....you may sell them. I dont' know just how. But know this is true. I would think that the company will have to give you some sort of certificate or indication that you have shares in this UNLISTED company.
I am not happy with ASX. They could have helped. Now no one (ASX) to threaten a company with some sort of oversight. NO OVERSIGHT
