Funnily enough, this is one reason why NickX will make its mark, IMO. Viacom, via Nickelodeon, isn’t going to damage its leading-brand image by harassing kids for money; as a market leader, it only has to show restraint, and provide a first class service, and it won’t be long before parents everywhere will be behind it.
