What the future platform will have is a leaderboard and tournament style competitions as demonstrated across the za.arxadex.co platform. If your revenue model is based on premium subscription services, advertising and crosspromotional sales they can steer clear of the whole lootbox gambling controversy. Same theory applies to the (eventual) ArcadeX launch. Detractors and downrampers will do their thing - bottom line is that people play these mobile games. More people will play (and with greater engagement) with a basic reward system - and that's without the AAA content still to come.
