Interesting update on the interest rate. FY21 presentation had interest rates on 350mwh portfolio of 2.96%. Yesterday update on 400mwh of 2.62%. Seems us shareholders are getting cheaper capital, might be due to us dipping into our pockets and sharing some risk.
