    Trying to understand what this means to existing holders of BME. Is anyone taking up the RI?
    So, there are tradeable BMER? and would it be preferable to buy onmarket or subscribe to the RI entitlement?
    What happens to the existing share allocation?
    Can the RI be explained please so as to understand what the new structure will look like?
