Lol, seriously your using glassdoor as a reputable source?
If a bad and dodgy employee gets fired he can make 10 different accounts and posts bad reviews on that website, they don't verify it's legit.

Also no happy employees go there out of the blue to post happy thoughts lol. When's the last time u went there to write a good review of a company you worked for?
