Yeah mate, its all real, and sadly it can be generic as I said, you could copy and past the story of ADN into 100s of other stocks over the ASX right now. Ie manegment paying themselves $100s of thousands, spinning a story, achieving nothing, and doing cap raise after cap raise, its an all too common story.

I would just say, with the knowledge that most companies 97% end up delisted and worthless, and knowing that the winners in the game are management, the guys that take money from the accounts, be wary of who your management are, their history and if they put the company or themselves first. Its natural to want to get a good pay day, but also you can get onto some gems of people that actually want to create something that will pay them for life, rather than a quick cash grab.
