luckily I avoided temptation to buy in yesterday, thought to myself, commercial results are years off, this one can wait.
First I called 5-6 cents, then I called 3-5 cents (last month or so):

Not a stock guru or anything, just stepping back for a look. Feel that this will pull down to the 0.5 - 1.5 cents range over the next year, particularly with increasing SOI and lots of churning.
