$50m punt which is less than 5% of the MC seems like a reasonable option to see if the Nick Scali model will work in the UK......probably already a decent range of operators in the UK at every price point (so much more competition) and I'm sure the goods are sourced from more locations than we have access to in ANZ (i.e. Eastern Europe, Turkey etc), but if they are disciplined, they will see in 12-18mths if this is working and even a $50m writeoff is not a company threatening event (IMO) for the potential upside it offers
