Why wouldn't the tenders already have gone out? They could have been done and ready to award, subject to EPA approval, which was only a formality anyway.
It is now dry season up there (started few months ago) so would expect works to commence right now, not wait another few months to tender, review, shortlist, clarify and then award. Then get in the waiting line and then mobilise to site to start works.
Not sure how they plan on funding these works anyway. If DFS was done, that would pave way for funding to allow facility for the pre works. That $6 million in the bank won't get us far, especially when you need to allow enough working capital for the company to run normal day to day activities.
What about long lead items for the mill.
There is mention of construction camp now, was that previously mentioned or was it always supposed to be in town accommodation in Kununurra?
We need clarity on the DFS and offtake delays.
