From my experience recently, the availability, timeframes and cost of site facility buildings is scarce and at a premium with decent wait times for new builds. I dont seem them getting it done in that budget pr the next 4month timeframe. I would love to be proved wrong.

I would like to see them find an old rail camp or similar somewhere up there and reuse that. A few recent miners have done this, I think from memory PLS used this tactic few years ago.

I agree having cash on hand is great, I'm just worried how long it will actually last...

These contracts should have been out to tender ages ago and ready to press go on.
