great post shellbell but i disagree.
why has EGR been singled out and not for instance RNU?
because it is not graphite mining that worries Chinese it is the processing. It sets a dangerous precedent around the world that other countries will follow. as i said i cannot for the life of me understand the shorting frenzy here and no CR is coming so for me that theory is incorrect.
no one knows but do you trust the Chinese?
