I will not take up my entitlement, furthermore I will sell my holding when the SP increases to a level that I’m close to break even (hopefully).
I can no longer tolerate a management that can get to a point where the financial situation is so critical without advising existing shareholders.
To dilute to such degree, with no stated plan to improve their negligible margins other than increasing output (unsupported by sales contacts) was the final straw in a pretty shambolic few years.
