Hi all. Been a holder since early 2022 (ex-MEP holder) and I will also be joining the sell queues today. Been an interesting ride but from here I think the chances of success are minimal.
Huge red flag when the CEO leaves at such a pivotal time. Putting it down to personal reasons / death in the family and promising to work as a consultant are just bog standard excuses/sweeteners. I reckon he just hasn't been able to make it work and is bailing for a better offer. The big drop in price from mid-March was probably insiders selling after finding out he was going. The new guy was just in the right place at the right time.
That doesn't mean there is no chance of getting funding. But if it happens it will come at such a cost that there will be negligible value for shareholders.
