I actually thought the pump to ~3 cents was designed to allow those in the know to bail out.
We will soon find out how this stock is going. One thing of major concern is no information was provided by management as to any result of Bob's trip overseas, presentations and meetings.
A RTI (FOI) might be in order to actually confirm how much of stock holders money was spent and what return either factually or intrinsically was obtained.
It is very hard to trust a company that withholds information.
