IMHO, I don’t think there is anything untoward going on with Bobs departure. Personal reasons are just that, personal.
If there had been issues between the board and Bob he would have been gone by now. But instead we have an organised and orderly handover.
According to Luke‘s CV he has experience with our raw material so he sounds like an appropriate choice. Remember, the same people who chose Bob chose Luke.
Is it a good time for Bob to be departing? Hell no! But he still has a substantial amount of skin in the game which is currently down by over 50%. It is therefore in his best interests for us to succeed.
Again, all IMHO.
Hopefully some good news tomorrow.
