why mep and adn didn't move on these tenements?
It's a good question. I've been following a gold play in Alaska next to NST's Pogo Gold Mine. Same questions came up there - why didn't NST snap it up? How did a junior end up with such prospective ground right next to a major? In that case it seems like NST was too busy drilling out other prospects, revamping the mill etc to start looking further afield.
Having also been a holder in ADN and MEP (recently sold out) I can see a very logical reason why ADN/MEP didn't move. They have been very busy with their own ground - completing PFS's, drilling new targets etc. Snapping up more ground (and all the extra tenement costs that come with it) would have been low priority.
In the end that'll likely benefit PNN or one of their other neighbours.
