. Jay has mentioned loud and clear "patch failures". As far as I know there has only been one questionmark about the efficacy of a cardiocell patch in service ... a poor individual died some years back from an infection located near the site of a patch installed during a heart operation. The hospital was in Queensland I think. There was a very extensive investigation done by very senior medical people, and many months later the report was released which did not apportion any blame to the cardiocell patch. If there are any other instances of cardiocell failing in service then please let us know. This would not include patches scrapped in our Malaga factory and part of our in-house quality control So once again, what patch failures? .
