I am afraid I don't agree that USD will have a SHS pattern as shown on your chart. I believe that SHS is a topping pattern on top of an up trend, however USD has come down significantly from its top a year ago, to me it is going to wave sideway within a range, and it will go down a bit when the market sees the rates goes down.
