it's really getting crazy.
the only plausible explanation I would see for this is, that the reason for the delay is connected with the SYA Bid for NAL.
the deadline for bidding was surprisingly extended to 21nd Feb. and maybe (will can't imagine it otherwise) these two financings are connected or even are ONE package.
SYA is very confident in bidding for the NAL buy- but did not yet give any hint, HOW on earth they want to bring up the necessary money. ending last quarter, they had only some 600000 in the bank (hope I'm right) - so from the outside in an absolute ridiculous situation- no way to think of buying another company for multi millions. but they seem to be very confident.
maybe we only will get the whole story unfold after this bidding deadline
