The other factor Dodds is FAR have done what they said they would do and have completed their work programme.
It would have been nigh on impossible for The Gambia to remove FAR even if they wanted to.
By my calcs the 80% cost ~ 165k per % the latest 225k per % but with all the info from that well you would suspect the price per % would go up.
The positive, as you say is The Gambia decided FAR and Petronas could have the 20% between them and not sell it to someone else and that Petronas took the 10% when I read somewhere they were not interested.
