i dont believe they can, due to exclusivity, but theres nothing saying they didn't have a contract sitting there ready to sign tonight with another partner. Now cat is formalised this could go through overnight. If there's a trading halt required, from memory the last one was called at about 1015am after the days trade had already started.these guys are smart and they are executing a serious plan this week, one piece at a time...
