It's a number of huge sharks, fighting against others the get the spoils.
If a BP really likes what they see here then it's best for them to make an early move IMHO.
Waiting until it's fully proven and the whole world and all of your competition know about it won't mean paying a bit more, it could be a price they could no longer afford!
