Yeah they quote $22/t of rock for the transportation costs to Peak.. which for a ~100km trip is about right (22c/t per km). Remember this rock has a net smelter return of around A$450/t - it’s high margin stuff.. so shaving $22/t off in road transport to Peak ain’t going to break the bank… especially if the concentrator is under-utilised already - there’s a lot of fixed costs being incurred there regardless.
