As a percentage yes heavy dilution but what else can they do ?
guess market says they dont care today or another way of putting it as they dont give a flying " fish" lol
only thing that slightly annoys me is that they done this private placement and without the US investor doing their duel dilligence so why bother to announce it until DD complete ?
makes no sense to me nor does the trading suspension
