Firstly I love this company and have been with them for a long time and I do not expect to sell any time soon(excellent management and team, constantly growing and 100% payout), but I fear the price will break the $11 wall within a week and will settle low $10's prior to end of year financials reflecting (no matter how you look at it) a 19.2% cut in the final dividend. Something does not add up, on top of the 2,264,150 million additional shares in the period representing +1.4%.
Profit Before tax
Q1/20 - 18.4m + $4.9m or +36.3%
H1/20 - 40m + $8m or + 25%
Q3/20 - 60.8m + $13.4m or + 28.3%
FY/20 - ?? assume the unlikely event of zero profit for the final quarter, total increase over the year(3 quarters) 26.3m PBT divided by the current number of shares 163,485,716 = +$0.16 increase in profit (excluding final quarter) yet we get a dividend cut????? I think definitely something else is at play here hopefully an acquisition, or retaining cash for such and nothing sinister?
Feel free to correct any errors or omissions
All IMHO
