the thing to appreciate, is that project finance is a major achievement, if it protects the equity value of holders.
A large portion debt finance, perhaps a bit of equity ok.
So few ASX specs turn up with their shovels, and ever get to mine.
So the re-rate, comes as the funnel of love identifies the few who do.
